Sierra Canyons Varsity Baseball team is working its way to the CIF playoffs! With a 9 - 3 overall record and 5 - 1 in league play, they are looking good. In just the second year of this program, these young players are holding their own competing against long-established programs filled with many, seasoned 12th grade players. Behind the play of six returning starters, Adam Gruber 09, Daniel Feingersh 10, Tyler Weber 09, David Gravich 09, David Rosenberg 10, Zach Guenther 10, and three starting freshman, Geoffrey Rappoport 11, Chase Cohen 11, and Jaloni Williams 11, the team is beginning to come together as a unit. With Duncan LaLiberte 10, Nicholas Conteas-Woods 10, Tyler Moon 11, and Shaun Flax 09 coming off the bench, the future looks bright for SC Baseball!
The Sierra Canyon Athletics Department is proud of all of our student athletes and we thank you for representing our school well. We look forward to continuing the tradition next year of challenging our young athletes to be the best that they can be.
