Back Where it All Began - First Alumni Reunion Brings Back 10 and 5 Year Grads
On Saturday, June 1st, Sierra Canyon welcomed back the Classes of 2009 and 2014 for their 10- and 5- year Alumni Reunion.
Over 60 Alumni and founding faculty members gathered on the Upper School Plaza for dinner and drinks under the Chatsworth sunset. Attendees came from all over the country, including many students who haven't been back to campus since they crossed the stage to accept their diploma. After all these years, alums were anxious to take a tour of the campus and see new additions like the Silent Study Room, The Branca Center for Technology and Esports, the Arts Annex and of course the Upper Campus Gymnasium. However, other popular stops on the tours were former favorite hangouts, like computer alley, the amphitheater or the west stairwell.
The Sierra Canyon Alumni Association continues to grow and looks forward to welcoming even more trailblazing alumni back to campus next October at the All-School Homecoming Pep Rally.
