Lower School Parent-Teacher Conferences will be held within the early weeks of May. While this conference is optional, it is strongly encouraged as your child's growth this academic year will be highlighted. To schedule your appointment(s), please use our online scheduling service. Beginning Tuesday, May 1st at 10:00 a.m. and continuing through 11:59 p.m. on Thursday, May 3rd, the conference schedules will be available from our website.
Using the same account information from the fall parent-teacher conferences, simply enter your e-mail and password. The system will remember your student(s).
Scheduling Online Instructions:
Each colored square represents an available meeting time. The legend shows you which teacher corresponds to each color. (Note: You will not see all Lower School teachers. You will see only your child's homeroom teacher.) Click on a colored square to book that time.
Once you determine a reminder e-mail delivery time, click Create Appointment.
At any time, you may click on Print Schedule and print the resulting webpage to get a hard copy of your schedule.
If you want to make changes to your schedule, you can log in with your e-mail and password until 11:59 p.m. on Thursday, May 3rd. After May 3rd, please contact your teacher directly to schedule an appointment.
If you have more than one appointment, click on the blue circle to the left of your name at the top of the screen to show your appointments. Here you will find links to modify the time or cancel the appointment.
Please Note: If you would like to make an appointment with a teacher who does not appear on your child’s schedule, please contact the School.
If you have any questions or need assistance, please call the School at (818) 882-8121.
