In order to avoid confusion (e.g., forgotten passwords), it will be necessary for returning families to create new accounts for the 2017-2018 school year. Please use your student's ID number and security value (password) that was provided by the School.
Enter your e-mail address and push Login/Create Account.
Fill in the required fields and register.
Click on Add Student.
For each child, enter his/her Student ID.
Enter Security Value for each child. (This is your child’s birthdate in the following format: mm/dd/yyyy.)
Write down and keep in a safe place your account information (e-mail address and password).
Once all of your children are listed at the top, push Done.
Once you have registered, simply enter your e-mail and password. The system will retrieve your scheduled appointments.
Each colored square represents an available meeting time. The legend shows you which teacher corresponds to each color. (Note: You will not see all Lower School teachers. You will see only your child's homeroom teacher.) Click on a colored square to book that time.
Once you determine a reminder e-mail delivery time, click Create Appointment.
At any time, you may click on Print Schedule and print the resulting webpage to get a hard copy of your schedule.
If you want to make changes to your schedule, you can log in with your e-mail and password until 11:59 p.m. on Sunday, October 29th. After October 29th, please contact your teacher directly to schedule an appointment.
If you have more than one appointment, click on the blue circle to the left of your name at the top of the screen to show your appointments. Here you will find links to modify the time or cancel the appointment.
Please Note: If you would like to make an appointment with a teacher who does not appear on your child’s schedule, please contact the School.
If you have any questions or need assistance, please call the School at (818) 882-8121.
