6th Grade Boys' Basketball Ends Season Undefeated
Congratulations to the 6th grade Boys’ Basketball Team and Coach Mark Serve, who won the San Fernando Valley Private School League Championship last Wednesday.
This team now boasts back-to-back undefeated seasons, a claim Coach Serve doesn’t believe he’s been able to witness at this level in his history at Sierra Canyon. According to Coach Serve, “The championship was one of the toughest games of this season,” but once the boys settled in, they did what they were there to do and beat Curtis 42-26 in the final. “We did a great job of playing unselfish, defensive-minded, fast-tempo basketball.”
