Le Grand Concours is a national competition sponsored by the American Association of Teachers of French. Students were evaluated for their written and listening comprehension skills in French. More than 72,000 students in all 50 states competed the 2019 event and over 2,000 students in Southern California. This year, at Sierra Canyon, out of the 55 students who took the exam, 13 of them were recognized for their accomplishments receiving bronze, silver, and gold medals, including the first ever platinum plaque (100%), at the national level. An additional 18 students were awarded high honors. Congratulations on this successful competition to all recipients and participants. Felicitations à tous!
