Middle School Mathletes Compete in Intersect Championship

On Saturday, June 27th, Sierra Canyon Mathletes, Alex Bai ’24, Dylan Ochoa ’24, and Logan Matthies ’24 participated in the online Intersect Championship.

Various qualifying rounds of mathleague.org contests culminate in the national Intersect Championship contest. Participation in the Intersect Championship is by invitation only. Sierra Canyon’s team placed 44th out of 159 teams overall in the nation, and first out of six in Southern California.

Congratulations to our Middle School Mathletes on a tremendous showing at their final Middle School math contest. We wish you the best of luck as you move on to Upper School Math-letics!
