Filmmaking I Students Present Music Videos

Just as the world continues during the coronavirus, so to do the arts at Sierra Canyon.

Online learning provided ample opportunity to work with the digital arts and Mr. Gvozden's Filmmaking I and II classes dove in headfirst, embracing the challenge.

Mr. Gvozden instructed his students to produce Music Videos for any song of their choice. The resulting works expressed a broad range of interests, emotions, and visuals that just had to be shared with the Sierra Canyon community. Done under strict quarantine, these music videos truly reflect that limitations can often drive us to produce even more creative works of art.

This week we are presenting the works from the students of Mr. Gvozden's Filmmaking I class. Contained within you'll find films about the strict re-entry procedures in China, reflections on aging and maturity, lamentations of a canceled Prom, an encounter with the shadow realm, and so much more.
