Super Kids-Super Sharing Drive is a Super Success!
Thank you to our SUPER Sierra Canyon families for your hearty participation in the NFL-sponsored SUPER KIDS-SUPER SHARING donation drive.
Your generosity and compassion are phenomenal. Because of you, over 1000 books, over 100 board games, countless school supplies, new video games, golf clubs, and baseball and basketball gear completely filled two of our SC Excursions! The donations were dropped off and distributed to various non-profits and local schools serving children living in consistently under-resourced communities.
A special thank you to our incredible National Honor Society students who spent hours cataloging and boxing up the donations. Service is one of the four pillars of the National Honor Society, and these outstanding students not only donated items but truly exemplified the spirit of service and helping others. We are also very grateful to NHS Adviser Debby Shively and Help Desk Coordinator Nina Weston for all of their hard work in making this service project so successful.
We know that the recipients of these donations will be very happy that our SCS families shared with them. Thank you, again, for caring for and doing for others.
