6th Grade Latin Students Celebrate Success
Recently Magistra Anderson’s 6th Grade Latin classes joined over 100,000 students from all 50 states and 21 countries in taking the National Latin Exam.
The goal of the National Latin Exam is to provide an opportunity for students to demonstrate their knowledge of Latin and the Roman world on a test consisting of 40 multiple-choice questions. The exam focuses on the student’s ability to read and comprehend Latin as outlined in the American Classical League’s Standards for Classical Languages.
Our students were delighted with the following results:
- Two Perfect Papers (London D. and Harper Z. )
- 8 Gold Medals
- 9 Silver Medals
- 12 Magna Cum Laude Certificates
- 16 Cum Laude Certificates
In total, 69 Trailblazers took the exam for a total of 45 awards! Bene factum! (Well done!)
