Four SC students compete in LA County Science Fair

Four 6th grade students from Sierra Canyon partook in the county-wide Science Fair from March 23rd to March 24th at the Pasadena Convention Center. Read on for more information!


Sierra Canyon proudly sent four 6th grade students to compete in the annual Los Angeles County Science Fair on Thursday, March 23rd and Friday, March 24th. All students dedicated hours of hard work and commitment preparing for this science competition at the Pasadena Convention Center.

Each of the following students received a medal of participation:
  • Bruno Kushnir '23 and Iayan Ansari '23 (Engineering Applications)
  • Maya Kalenak '23 (Chemistry-General)
  • Chloe Barakat '23 (Materials Science)
