The annual 6th Grade Solar Car Race was held this afternoon, Friday, May 26th, on the Lower School Basketball Courts, making for an adrenaline-filled day before the long weekend.

Students in the 6th grade have been working diligently on designing, testing, re-designing, and perfecting their solar cars within the classroom for the past five weeks. This project is the culmination of a study unit on renewable energy. It was a great afternoon with fast cars and enthusiastic students!
