Sierra Canyon Celebrates World Languages Week

On Friday, April 27th, the Upper Campus held its annual International Food Festival to celebrate World Languages Week.

Food from a variety of countries was served by a robust number of Parent Association volunteers. Students, teachers, and faculty dined together and enjoyed one another’s company at this popular event. Entertainment included traditional Indian dancers.

Thank you to all the parents who brought desserts for our students today, and for the many hands who devoted their time to serve lunch for our entire student body on the Upper Campus,” said Grace Park, Vice President of the Upper Campus Parents’ Association.

Another highlight of World Languages Week was a 5th grade performance celebrating countries from around the globe. They performed at the Upper School Community Time.
