Black Student Union Graduation Luncheon

On Wednesday, May 16th, the Black Student Union held their Annual BSU Graduation Luncheon in the Upper Campus Library.

T
he Graduation Luncheon is a way to celebrate and bestow congratulations upon the young men and women a part of the Black Student Union. Who are students exploring the Black culture and the richness of its history and current topics.  At the luncheon, three Sierra Canyon and BSU alumni Kohl Holmquist ‘16, Miracle Everett ‘17, and Cameron Antoine-Dillon ‘17 spoke to the current graduating students about their experience after graduation.
 
“The event was amazing," said Deborah Whitlock-Trotter, Upper Campus Faculty. “I love giving the graduates the opportunity to speak in front of their peers, relaying what they will be doing next year.  Teachers wrote such loving things about the graduates. It was a proud moment for all.”
