Sierra Canyon's Lower School Dance Company Takes the Stage

The Lower School Dance Company has more than 50 student dancers who performed two full company dance numbers from the popular movie musical, "The Greatest Showman." Along with full company dance numbers, each of the five classes were divided into different groups based on their age and experience. The Musical Theatre group (Kindergarten-6^th grade) performed a scene, singing, and dancing to the musical "Funny Girl.” The Tiny Toes (Pre-Kindergarten and Kindergarten) were unicorns in the dance "I Believe." The Jr. Company (1^st and 2^nd grades) rebelled against the norm in "Rebels Just for Kicks." Company B (3^rd and 4^th grades) channeled their inner Sia dancing to "Chandelier," and Company A (5^th and 6^th grades) performed, "The Garden of Statues." Twelve student dancers performed original solos and duets.
