Seniors Participate in CSUN Art Exhibition

Recently, six seniors were chosen by the Sierra Canyon Arts Department faculty to participate in CSUN's 22nd Annual High School Invitational.

The High School Invitational showcases selected work made by students from over thirty San Fernando Valley high schools, in a variety of media, including painting, sculpture, ceramics, graphic design, illustration, and photography, among others.

Shridula Harinath ‘19, Zoie Stewart ‘19, and Bella Wayans ‘19 each submitted paintings, while Amelia Ke Liu’19, and Jordan Pillsbury ’19, submitted sculptural paper pieces, and finally, Allegra Fine ‘19 entered a mixed media work. All works were inspired by studying a human skeleton.

The exhibit was up for most of the month of January with a reception honoring the students held on Friday, January 18th. Congratulations to our senior artists on their exhibition!
