Hannah Gansert ’21 – A Trailblazer of Many Talents!

Congratulations to Upper School student, Hannah Gansert ’21, who has been accepted into Interlochen Center For The Arts' prestigious Summer Musical Theater Program. 

Founded in 1928, Interlochen is located in northwest Michigan. Each year, thousands of artists come to Interlochen to experience world-class educational and cultural opportunities. Students study music, theater, visual arts, film, creative writing, and dance guided by an outstanding faculty of guest artists.
 
Gansert is a Trailblazer with many talents. She has participated in many Sierra Canyon productions including The Addams Family, A Midsummer Night's Dream, The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee, and Big River. She is also an accomplished vocalist and writer, having performed at Carnegie Hall, Canterbury Cathedral, and Pepperdine University, and her first play has been selected as a finalist for Playwrights Project’s California Young Playwrights Contest. Her list of accomplishments doesn’t end there, Gansert is also a competitive equestrian.
 
“Words cannot express how grateful I am for the support of Ms. Crow, Ms. Kibarska, and the Sierra Canyon community who nurture me and others on our journey in the Arts”, says Gansert. We can’t wait to see what’s next for this talented Trailblazer!
