Legos + Classic Rock = Creativity Unbound!
For many of us, an unintended consequence of quarantine has been that our passion projects have been catapulted to the front of the line.
One example of this comes from Dylan Ochoa ’24 and Sam Lenkov ’24 who have combined their love of Legos and classic rock to create some of the most well-known album covers in history—A mix of music and magic that amplifies their creativity and collaboration.
The students plan to continue their project by completing the Beatles’ collections, in addition to works by Michael Jackson, Stevie Wonder, and John Mayer. They also might take requests! Currently, they are working on a Jimmy Hendrix album commissioned by a professor of history and a renowned art collector. What a great testament to the entrepreneurial spirit (and cool factor) of our students.
