Author's Celebration in Kindergarten
This week, Kindergarten students held a wonderful Author’s Celebration in their Writer’s Workshop class to conclude their first writing unit for the year.
The Class of 2033 dressed up in clothes chosen to represent them individually as authors. Students (and teachers) wore fancy clothes, unique accessories, or attire that tied into their stories. Young authors nibbled on special snacks and drinks while each student shared the final version of a personal narrative writing piece.
We love seeing creativity come to life in these young authors! Great job, Kindergarten!
