How to Apply

7th—11th Grade

7th - 11th Grade Applicants

The following official documents are required:

  • Official grades from the current school year and previous two years along with all school standardized testing on file.
  • Recommendation forms:
    • Current English Teacher
    • Current Math Teacher
    • Current Administrator
Please submit a completed Transcript/Progress Report Request Form to enable your child's school to release official documents to Sierra Canyon School. You may email these forms to your school officials directly from your online application checklist or download below and submit.

  • NOTE: All supplemental materials (official grades and recommendations) are due no later than January 12, 2024. (Admission testing, ISEE or SSAT, is optional for applicants to the 2024-2025. For candidates who wish to submit results, test scores are due by February 1, 2024.)
  • Official documents (grades, school testing, and recommendations) must be sent directly from the applicant's school to Sierra Canyon: usadmission@sierracanyonschool.org.
