Access to Magnus for the 2025-2026 school year will be available May 1. All required documentation must be submitted by August 15.
- You will be required to upload mandatory medical documentation (physical exams and immunizations) directly to Magnus.
- Families are encouraged to schedule doctor appointments this spring/summer to meet the August 15 requirement.
- Students will not be permitted to start their first day of school without their Magnus submission.

- Lunch Account Information: In mid-August, new parents will receive an email from our Business Office containing information on how to set up your student's lunch account and how to add funds.

The school hours are as follows:
- Pre-Kindergarten: 8:45 a.m. - 2:45 p.m.
- Kindergarten–6th: 8:45 a.m. - 3:10 p.m.
- 7th-12th: 8:30 a.m. - 2:55 p.m.
Yes. The Lower School Campus offers complimentary before-school care beginning at 7:00 a.m. After-school care is also complimentary until 6:00 p.m. After-school enrichment classes will be announced and registration will begin August 2025. The SC Portal you used for the admission process is now your daily connection to your child's academic life at Sierra Canyon. Grades, attendance, important dates, and all school-related forms will all be located on the SC Portal. Log-in credentials remain the same as during the admission process. Please remember that both parents and/or guardians have separate access to the Portal. If you need help accessing the Portal, please contact the Sierra Canyon Help Desk at [email protected].
No, however students in 4th through 6th Grades will need daily access to a computer, internet, and printer. Students entering into 6th Grade will be provided with a Sierra Canyon email account.
