Curriculum

Kristine Theodoratos, Lower School Director

"Learning is an emotional endeavor that begins from the moment a young child steps on our campus. There is no greater responsibility and privilege than to partner with our students and parents to ignite a love of learning and cultivate important habits of mind that are quintessential to success in school and beyond."

While every age and stage of development is unique, there are similar academic strategies and experiences shared within a learning phase. The curriculum is divided into three separate learning categories, primary elementary (Pre-Kindergarten-2nd grade), intermediate elementary (3rd-5th grade) and transitional elementary (6th grade). Each academic band will detail the philosophy of instruction and academic undertakings at each developmental level.
